Our Exchange & Return Policy

At Zero Bra, we’re all about serving premium comfort and confidence—with zero compromises. Because our pieces are intimate by design (literally!), we follow strict hygiene standards to keep things fresh, clean, and safe for every body.

That’s why we only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original packaging with tags attached, and within our 3-day return window. This helps us ensure that every customer receives their order in brand-new condition—just the way it should be. 💕

Zero Bra Return Policy

Because sometimes, it’s just not a match 💔

At Zero Bra, your satisfaction is our top priority. We get it—sometimes a fit isn’t quite right, and that’s totally okay. That’s why we’ve made returns as easy and breezy as possible.

How It Works:

  • 🗓 Return Window: You have 3 days from the day your order is delivered to initiate a return.

  • 💰 Charges: A reverse pickup charge of INR 100 is bearable by the customer for returns.

  • 🔀 Reverse Pickup: If a reverse courier service is not available, customers must arrange the shipment of the parcel themselves.
    (Pickup not available at: Jammu, Himachal Pradesh, North East, Kashmir, Manipur, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar)

  • 🧼 Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains or damages, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
    Packages that do not meet these conditions will be rejected during our quality check and returned to the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges of ₹100.

Kindly record a quick video while handing over the parcel to the delivery agent. This serves as proof of dispatch, and in case of any dispute, we’ll need it to raise a complaint. Without video evidence, we may not be able to assist further.

  • 💌 Refunds: All refunds are issued as Gift Cards after passing the quality check (deducting shipping, cash on delivery, and reverse charges) within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. You can use the credit to snag something that fits just right.

HOW TO HAND OVER PARCEL

  • All items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.

  • Garments and fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be exchanged without the tags.

  • Please make sure that the items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  • Please make sure that you include the shipping label while returning the parcel.

  • Packages that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected during our quality check and returned to the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges of ₹100.


SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

You are requested to track your package when it shows as delivered via email or SMS. As per recent updates in courier company policies throughout India, you must inform us within 3 days if your package isn’t delivered but shows as delivered in the tracking. The courier company will not accept complaints post-72 hours of marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is a delay in informing us from your end.


MISSING OR DAMAGE POLICY

A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

We will need an opening video of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in.

Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.


COLOR DIFFERENCE

The colour in images on the website may slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting.
